• Orders are subject to acceptance by Foredge, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including for credit or supply chain reasons.

• Purchase orders may require a signed agreement or contract for large or custom orders.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including technical specifications, product descriptions, images, logos, and software, is the property of Foredge or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 4. Payments and Invoicing

4.1 Payments

• We accept bank transfer only.

• All transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment processors or banking partners.

• Late payments may incur interest or fees as specified in the applicable contract or invoice.

4.2 Returns and Refunds

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method or as a credit within 30 business days of approval.

• Custom orders, bespoke configurations, or software licenses are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of China, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site or Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Shenzhen, in accordance with the rules of Chinese laws. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and you waive the right to participate in class actions.
